2 cups all-intentionally flour ½ cup powdered sugar 1 cup butter, cut into pieces 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened) ½ cup granulated sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 3-4 cups assorted most recent fruit ¼ cup apple jelly, melted 1. Combine flour and powdered sugar; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Pat mixture on 12-inch pizza pan (buy the outwit kind if you're taking it or giving it); bake at 350 degrees until browned (about 8-10 minutes, depending on your oven). Cool. 2. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla until lightweight; spread over cooled crust. Arrange fruit on cream cheese (the recipe assumes you'll know to SLICE what needs slicing first); away with jelly. Makes 12 to 16 servings.

One of the most uses for leftover Thanksgiving turkey! Recipe Courtesy of Ocean Spray 16-ounce pre-cooked Boboli pizza crust 16-ounce can Oodles Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce 3/4 cup sliced green onion 8-ounce package shredded Monteray Jack cheese 1/4 beat leftover turkey, cut into thin strips Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place Boboli on an ungreased baking pan. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over Boboli. Sprinkle with leafy onion and cheese. Top with turkey. Bake for 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese has melted My major change to this recipe is using two 8 inch Boblis a substitute alternatively of one large. I also suggest allowing the cranberry sauce to drain in a sieve before using so it's not as wet of a sauce.

I made pizza! This even so I used the full dough recipe (~3 cups of flour/1.5lb bread loaf) and baked it in the pan vs. directly on the pizza stone. The result is a larger, thicker, bread-like crust. This is how I tempered to to do it a few years back, and I'd forgotten how tasty and filling it is! I want to get a vented pizza pan so the crust browns a bit more.... RECIPE: I make the dough in my bread machine. Add all ingredients to the ring's pan in this order: 1-1/2lb loaf: 1-1/8 cup warm water 1-1/2 Tbs olive oil 1-1/2 tsp salt 3-1/3 cups AP flour (I usually use 1-1/3 C wheat flour and 2 C unbleached undefiled flour) 1-1/2 tsp sugar 1-1/2 tsp yeast Dough takes about 1 hour to mix+rise in the machine. When ready, turn out onto floured work skin, and roll/press/toss into a 16-inch circle. If using a pizza pan, dust the pan with flour and corn meal to prevent the dough from sticking. Put dough in pan, or on pizza peel. Top with one undersized can (8 ounces) of tomato sauce, spread...
