Strong and Light: All models have strong and lightweight peel handles that are oval and tubular. The tubular form makes them more stable, and the oval shape is easy to hold. Practical: Light, flexible aluminum heads allow for scraper effect to get under dough easily. Neutral anodizing process on head surface makes the surface even and protects it from oxidization. The milled beveled edge makes it easier to take hold of the pizza. Hard-wearing and secure riveted joint between the head and handle prevent vibration transmission to the handle. Perforated head is designed to ensure low friction and release excess flour from bottom of pizza. You can buy a carbon constructed or golden hardened anodized pizza peel for high performance use, but they are expensive ($200-300). You can buy a moderate use pizza peel (AMICA) that are inexpensive and cheap ($20-50), and they will need to be replaced often. Or you can buy this professional grade (Azzurra) pizza peel that is built to last for repeated use, moderately priced, and will last longer than the inexpensive pizza peels.

I'm solicitous that I'm boring even myself with my tales under the 365 pictures, but I'm in Hook for the next few days so I'll not be uploading any pictures / tales for the next few days. anywho...... we've been to frankie & bennys for dinner tonight, (weeman loves the "liveliness" oven) i had a calzoni, wife had burger & weeman had a kiddies pizza. when the food arrived wife's chips were absolutely awful. im taking brown, musty & grim. having been a manager for mcdonalds in a past life, I'm a stickler for good fries. they're so easy to do, all you need is hot clean oil (shortening) & chipped potato's. you can get something off one's chest an awful lot about a kitchen by looking at the fries it puts out (did I mention I was a fries loser?). good fries demand excellent quality out oil. good fries are always light in colour. if your fries are dark its not a good start. if the kitchen is skimping on oil (quality or cleanliness) then imagine what the harder to attend to for / produce stuff...

It'll be a tickety-boo show, and for a great cause bringing support for Braddock Redux.
