He said that after leasing the restaurant lacuna, he and his family and fellow-owners decided to run the restaurant themselves. Norbury’s mother used to own Fun Tyme. now he and several other family members own it. “We recruited two new chefs, Brian Williams from Chicago and Keith Jones from New York Megalopolis,” Norbury said. ” Norbury said the chefs helped plan the remodel of the kitchen. We have three ovens – a high heat habitual, a brick oven, and a conveyor oven,” he said. This enables them to offer Chicago style, St. Louis style, and New York style pizza. Steve Norbury’s son Josh Norbury is another proprietress and general manager. He stressed that his family wants to return the restaurant to a family-style pizza restaurant. “We’ve kept it affordable,” said Steve Norbury. The prices for pizzas choice from $9 for a small St. Louis style cheese pizza to $23 for a large ‘Big B’ custom pizza. The ‘Big B’ is a Chicago style pizza with sausage, pepperoni, ham, hamburger, green peppers, mushrooms, onions, and disastrous olives. “A family can have the full experience here,” said Steve Norbury. ” Some of the larger pizzas, he said, would feed a family of four with adventitious to take home. In addition to pizza, Belleria’s has appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, pastas, salads and desserts. The restaurant also offers a lunch buffet from 11:30 a. m. – 2 p. m. The buffet will customarily include pizza, wings, salad and some pasta, Josh Norbury said. The Norbury family put in some additions prior to opening the restaurant. They have added a new rooms for tarn and darts to the bar area. “We also put in all new arcade games and expanded the game area,” said Josh Norbury. The family also remodeled the space that can be used for sneakily parties and added a projection TV. “People can show a movie or a slide show during their party,” Steve Norbury said. Belleria’s does not charge for party rooms, Steve Norbury said. “We also give some untenanted tokens and a discount on food for parties,” he said. The biggest change may be the outdoor pavilion the family added. Situated between the putt-putt and the batting cages, the pavilion can be taciturn for private parties. There is room to barbecue at the pavilion, and Steve Norbury who said guests could bring in their own food as long as they purchased their drinks from the restaurant and bar. Guests can visit as long as the Dugout bar is open. “We’ll also use that space for outside seating if there’s no party,” Steve Norbury said. Steve’s daughter Caelin is in charge of the bar, and other kinsmen members work in the restaurant. “We care about it,” said Steve Norbury about working with family. Josh Norbury agreed, adding, “It’s been great working together so far. Belleria’s Pizzeria is roomy from 11:30 a. m. – 9 p. m. on weekdays and from 11:30 a. m. – 10 p. m. on weekends. The game room opens at 4 p. m. Had some leftover smoked pulled chicken and ribs from a number I made last weekend. While the ribs got turned into a Hawaiian-by-way-of-Memphis pizza (with pineapple; not my thing, but it's one of the wife's favorites), I took the leftover pulled chicken and homemade Kansas Megalopolis-style sauce and made this pie, with some thinly sliced red onion and diced red bell pepper. This was the last pie in the oven, so the crust is a hair less toasted than I choose, but still tasty. Guess I'll have to just keep browsing brick oven plans…
